This childcare facility lacks communication and accountability. They do not take the necessary protocols for reporting incidents and making parents aware of any incidents that occurs while in their care. As a parent I expect transparency and immediate reporting of any incidents involving child safety. My niece sustained an injury while at this daycare and we were left with no explanation, no call, and no incident report. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE! These people do not care about the children at all. The Director Chankista did not show any kind of professionalism, was not very welcoming, and hardly showed any kind of empathy! My bestfriend is going through a tragic event that occurred at this facility leaving her 2 year old daughter in a cast! Chankista was very clueless to how the situation transpired. The director Chankista, has been so professional and outstanding in helping me navigate the services to my child’s success. The staff has helped in the education of my child as well as keeping her safe and making her feel safe. I just want to say thank you to the staff and keep up the good work. Job well done!
