The director themselves are the worst. Not professional at all! Never called me to enroll my child. Definitely negative 10 stars!!!
It’s Alexa Coleman the parent of the 2 kids that go there. When I say I LOVE LOVED the kindhearted/genuine sweet hospitality we received from this childcare network. The assistant director Mrs. Jackie was beyond words amazing, so grateful to have met her and other staff there also they genuinely care it’s not a job to them.
I’ve seen some great improvements over the Past year and a half. The previous director didn’t seem like she cared much. I had several situations with her that ultimately led me to switch my child to another location. The only reason that I am comfortable with my child going back is the director and assistant director. The quickness in which situations are rectified, surely puts me at ease. This center has been nothing but amazing when it comes to the love and care for my children. My children are excited every morning to see their teachers. From being greeted at the door to running open arms to embrace their teacher. That warms my heart and it feels good as a mother to know your kids are in good hands. My youngest started when he was 4 months old and honestly I wouldn’t trust no one else with him, Ms.Jan is amazing with this babies.
1000% Positive changes Market st Childcare Network. Mrs.Tonya The Director,Mrs.Jackie Asst Director and Staff has introduced such a Healthy, Safe environment. My daughter has been attending for about 4 months I have had such positive feedback from my toddler (No crying or distress behavior).
