I do feel bad writing this bad review because there were great office staff and teachers. However, if I could give any parents a quick glimpse into my 2 weeks there, I need to. I had my baby enrolled for two weeks and everyday I cried dropping her off. I just knew she wasnt receiving the care and love she needed while in their care. Every single day I picked her up, she had snot and food all over her face. Her hands were so dirty from lunch, it looks like they never washed her or cleaned her up. My kids has been going to this daycare since the beginning of the year and during that short time I see such an improvement. My kids gets very excited everyday to go to daycare. The staff there are all friendly, caring, and just awesome all around. Thank you for all that you do for my children!
My kiddo has been going here for quite some time. She has had some hard times and some great times. The team here has helped both of us through the rough days and reminded me that I was doing a good job on days I thought I wasn't. My kiddo has learned and been challenged throughout her VPK year in more ways than one. She is going to be going into Kindergarten ready to conquer anything. Special thanks to Mrs. Courtney, Ms. Christal and Ms. Kay for all your patience and understanding through a tough time for the family!
My grandson is in the infant room and Ms. Candace is his teacher she has really helped my grandson in areas of development that we were concerned about. All the teachers are friendly and I would recommend this facility. Every teacher and person from office to infant room speaks and interacts with my grandson in many positive ways I’m sure I’m leaving names out, they are all AMAZING!!!
My son has been going here for almost 6 months. I have absolutely no complaints. The staff is amazing. The teachers take their time with the kids and actually help them. My son could spell his name when he began here but can now write it and so many other words. Would 100% recommend sending your child here. Also, Courtney in the front office is our absolute favorite! She’s always smiling and she makes sure to have conversations with the parents not just act like a robot.
