I was very content when my child started here , the director and most of the staff is very friendly and welcoming but the quality of care has gone down tremendously in the last couple of months . Most of the nice teachers left when the summer ended and I’m not happy with the care my child has been receiving lately , no updates during the day in the app or in paper, no activities and the current teacher has a weird attitude whenever I go pick my child up. I do not like to give bad reviews but Mr. Hewitt earned it. I called to get information and prices and I talked to Tammy on July 18th.. She was excellent! I told her that my daughter couldn't afford the weekly payment and she offered me a scholarship and that opened a possibility. She asked me a lot of questions and set up an appointment for us to have a tour. I received few reminders about our appointment, apparently, sent by the system. My daughter has been coming here since she was a newborn and as a new mother, you know how difficult it is to leave your baby with people you don’t know. I took a chance due to the reviews and I am so amazed at how well-taken care of she is here. Her teachers Mary and Cheryl are absolutely AMAZING!!!!! Everyone at this school made me feel at ease. My daughter looks forward to seeing her teacher, miss Michelle, and her friends every morning! Gives me a peace of mind that she feels comfortable and happy being there.
My son loves coming here everyday. Ms.Michelle has been such a sweetheart and we cannot thank her enough for everything she does!
