My daughter has been attending CN since she was three months old, and it’s been a great experience!
I witnessed an employee(younger, dark hair, white female) grab a child who had gotten outside of the play area by the arm, drag the child back to the play area, and drop the child on the ground. Little to no remorse seemed to be there. I don’t have any children but I would not want mine nor anyone else’s children being treated in such a way by a daycare.
Horrible experience! I called to schedule a tour. Arrived on time after hurrying to make it across town after work, only to be left outside after repeatedly ringing the doorbell, only to finally speak with a parent coming in for a pickup who finally told the person in charge I was there. When she finally got with me it was only to inform me they had no availability for my son's age group. When I asked why she set up a tour then she rudely replied that SHE didn't.
