I want to say how much I appreciate the director and caretakers of this facility. I was a very helicopter parent. Due to me never experiencing daycare my son took a month to adjust but he is thriving. Hes developed a close bond with them. They treat him like their own. I would give 5 stars but due to the network closing this specific facility its truly disappointing. One its closer to me & I feel like the group here is special. I honestly thought this was a great and genuine center for my child. A couple months in and he gained a bad habit of pushing. A teacher informed me that he had picked up pushing from being inside of a 3 year old room and saw other boys doing it. (he isn’t aggressive outside of the center.) I’ve had to leave work several times and was told my child’s education was going to have to be cut down to 2 days because of this. My 2 year old son has just started going here for almost a month now and I am really happy with the experience so far. He loves his teacher (practically glued to her hip) and I love being updated throughout the day from their app on when he was changed, how much he ate, if he napped, and what activities they did that day. They also post pictures and videos. The staff are always welcoming and ready to answer any questions or help with concerns. I am really glad we found this place for him and he is enjoying it!
I can confidently say it has been a wonderful experience , from the very first day, the staff has been welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring .My family and I just relocated from Louisiana to the Arlington area and I had to find a summer camp for my daughter in a short period of time before I started back working and child network on matlock delivered . My daughter looks forward to going to camp everyday
