This place is the worst . There always telling you sorry when something happens to your kid and do nothing to rectify The situation. Want your kid to be safe and taking care of and staff to be accountable for it go somewhere else
Our son has been there less than 2 months and he already came home with a scratch on his face because they are putting toddlers with infants and letting the toddlers run around infants in the rooms. They also had the audacity to push out an email with a rate increase on the same day they couldn’t take our son in because they were “full.” So not only could they not provide a service we PAY for… but they also increased said payment for something they cannot provide. I picked up my 3yo midday and he had feces running down his legs. I smelled it before he came up to me. His shorts were so soiled that I threw them away after I cleaned him up in their restroom. He had multiple large blisters from this, evidence of them leaving him like that, so it wasn't a recent accident. Spoke to the director about it, she said it would be addressed, never heard back. Do not recommend.
Sam has been so helpful and patient with my little one adjusting to starting daycare. I really appreciate the staff and everything they do to work with me as a single parent. Ciara is always there to answer any questions and help with anything we might need. Im so grateful for for this location and the people working here!!
