I wrote a review and it was removed. My daughter attended this daycare and they had 2 staff members to 20 babies. This does not meet state guidelines. I hope DHS caught this issue.
Apparently when you apply they have a system where people schedule a tour a set you up to start services with out informing you the facts, meaning they have NO space an have a waitlist. That is fine a lot of places have waiting list however to schedule a tour waste people time. Those of us who are working parents whom may have had to take work off to appear for the said tour just to be met with a snarky Director with no people skills to have the most UNINVITING TONE to say hey yeah I can help you butttt you will have to go o... read more
Childcare network is one of the best places for childcare! The staff is excellent, the facility is clean and the children are always happy! I’m so thankful I made the switch to them years ago!
My daughter has been at CNI since she was a baby! We love Mrs. Marsha and the staff. Such a kind friendly environment. They helped potty train my daughter and she is thriving.
The staffing needs to “LEARN” how to use proper communication when speaking to people/parents. Zero communication skills, very unprofessional and rude!
