If I could give 0 stars I probably would. I have been a long time parent of the childcare network community, when my 10 year old was under their care. That’s why I chose to enroll my now 3 year old with them again. They claim to be a “working parents best friend” but recently they have been a working parents worst nightmare. They have lost over 30 kids in the last few months because if you don’t get your child to the facility at 6:30am there is a high likelihood that there will not be room in their classroom. We had our son in the infant classroom from 3 months to 7 months (we have since moved to another daycare due to commute changes). I will sing high praises for the main infant teacher, Ms. Omniya. We felt our son was in good hands if she was present in the classroom and we noticed our son rock through some milestones with her help and determination. Ms. Alicia rocks too! The teachers know their group and generally care. However, we had too many concerns to be ignored such as infant beds not being ready when we arrived, management openly talking negatively about other parents, and our child being ignored in order to clean instead of comforted. When she was with a teacher we trusted we had no issues but that doesn't always happen nor should that be the way a daycare is run.
