After the last review, I wanted to provide some clarification on this matter. As a parent of this center that was picking up my child when this incident was occurring, I want to provide what actually took place. Disappointing Experience – I Would Not Recommend This Location We were with Childcare Network for five years and had a wonderful experience at the Military Road location. We only transferred to the Alcoa Road location because it was closer to our home. Shortly after the move, my 7-year-old granddaughter was injured at daycare. We received an incident report stating that another child pushed her. When we picked her up, she complained that her wrist hurt and she couldn't lift it.
