I’ve waited almost a year to post this review. My daughter started here in the infant room at around ten and a half months, she’s now in the 1-2 toddler room and she will be 2 in July. The most important thing you look for in a daycare is safety and I had so much anxiety about leaving my babygirl anywhere, but the staff here has always made sure to keep my daughter safe and has always properly communicated . This is regarding the organization. NOT this specific location but this issue occurred at this location: I am raising a concern that the Child Care Network acknowledged an issue reported by myself (currently enrolled family) but closed the case without providing any communication, follow-up or resolution to myself nor to the company who collected and filed the concern (Navex Global). I am a first time mom to daycare and this place have made me so comfortable they love my babies and take so great care of them I wouldn’t say this is a daycare I would say they are family and I’m more than happy that I found this place Ms Tovia and Ms Ashley does an amazing job and I love them so much I thank you guys for loving my babies and making us family

We love Childcare Network-Chester Ridge! Our daughter has been there since October 2023, and we've seen her grow so much—socially, emotionally, and academically. The staff has always shown themselves to be caring, attentive, and truly invested in the kids. It gives us such peace knowing she’s in great hands every day. We're so grateful for this center!
