Leaving my baby is always a difficult task. However, I wouldn't trust any other center to watch my daughter! I have never had any problems and my daughter always receives the best care possible. We are always warmly greeted and my 7 month old perks up when she sees her lead teacher. I know that Mrs. Miriam gives my daughter the love and attention she deserves. I am so relieved to have such great caregivers for my daughter and would highly recommend Mrs. Miriam if you have an infant.
The staff changes monthly and they rarely have enough people to watch the kids. My child's was extremely unhappy and poorly watched over
As previously noted by another reviewer, this location has been transitioning for some time, and there have been a number of staff changes. It is important to note that there are people who will quit their job without the courtesy of giving a two week notice. The Director and the Assistant Director have always informed me of these changes as soon as they are notified by the people who are leaving. They have either told me directly or sent a note home. My 7 month old has been in the infant class for a couple months now and I've not had a single issue. The staff have always been accommodating with my schedule and keep the place spotless. I knew my daughter would be cared for here the moment I went for a tour and saw how the room was maintained. Whenever I've picked her up, or my husband and I visit her during the day, the room is surprisingly quiet and calm. I originally enrolled my son at this center when it was Children's Lighthouse. I did not have any problems with the original company. However since it's been purchased by Childcare Network the place has been disorganized. To be fair they are in the middle of a transition. However, they have been transitioning since Oct. 2016. My child was injured several times and I wasn't notified until I walked in to pick him up. In one case he had a bump and bruise on his head that I never received an adequate explanation for.
