This place was good prior to changes, but now ITS EVEN BETTER!!! First off, I love how clean everything is! The attitude of the staff makes me feel so confident that my children are in loving hands! My son’s teacher is amazing!! Both my children go here and the love it! Scheduled and did a tour here and was very pleased with what we saw and decided we would like to be put on the waitlist. The woman at the front desk told us we would be getting an email in a few days with more information (tuition, waitlist time, etc) but never got an email, tried to email and ask for any updates and never heard anything back. I really used to like this place for my child, but since the new turn-around, things have been getting out of hand. Some of these new teachers don’t have the patience and experience with these children. I saw one of the teachers get into it with the director outside in the parking lot. It was embarrassing and unprofessional to the parents. It just looked like a mad show. The bathrooms hardly clean anymore for the children. The conditions are very unsanitary. We switched over the Brynmarr Child Care Network some months back and that has been the best decision for my almost 2 year old. Ms. Jennifer and the director Shannon and staff have been so accommodating and I don't worry about my child while I am at work. They truly care for him like he was there own. I love how everyone knows his name and greets him even if they are not assigned to his class. He has a great time every day ! Very Greatful:)
We LOVE Childcare Network! I always feel safe knowing this is where my little one is all day.
