Absolutely amazing experience, so far! Transferring my child from another daycare has been stressful, but this center has made the entire enrollment process incredibly smooth. From the very beginning, the staff was attentive, patient, and truly listened to my needs. They answered every question, followed up without me having to ask, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with the transition. If I could give Childcare Network #91 100 stars, I absolutely would! Ms. Brandi is hands down the best director I’ve encountered. She is incredibly understanding, always keeps me well-informed about my children's progress, and consistently goes above and beyond in every aspect of her role. I truly couldn’t ask for a better childcare center or a more dedicated director. I am beyond grateful for the exceptional care and support they provide.
I love my son’s teachers in the bright babies room. And he has grown to love them too. Ms. Young is the best!! He is my first child and they all made me experience going into this so comfortable. My 1 year old son has been at this daycare for a little over six months, and we’ve been really happy with the experience. The teachers are warm, attentive, and great at communicating how he’s doing each day. As a first-time mom, I’ve really appreciated the guidance they’ve given me around milestones and how to support his development at home.
