It's been a year since my foster children have been going here and the staff is so wonderful my 2 foster children have been in a very abusive home, Yes they keep them in check in a loving way and believe me I know it's not easy but I justed wanna give them flowers and praises thank you guys when I drop them off l know they are in good hands
I am very disappointed with the experience my family has had at Childcare Network #53. The overall atmosphere is unprofessional and shows a serious lack of accountability from management. Director Shikerra Hedgepeth and Assistant Director Andrea Williams have repeatedly failed to communicate important information to parents and to address concerns when they’re raised. The best childcare network in the city of Charlotte! The director is very hands on and goal oriented you can tell she cares for the staff and students there. Ms Shakira is a amazing leader and I hope she continues to shine there
My kids attended Childcare Network for over 6 years, and the entire team was awesome—right up through the Admin staff. They were always understanding, caring, and observant. They could tell when me or my kids were having a rough morning, and I truly appreciated how loving and supportive they were. I’ll admit, there was a time when I fell behind on tuition.
