If I could leave no stars I would. Do NOT bring your child to this disaster of a facility. These people are ill prepared and provide a perfunctory babysitting service at best . They in no way provide a safe and nurturing learning environment. My child has been sick more times than I can count because of negligence and failure to communicate and initiate any action in disease prevention. My child is currently sick with viral infectious disease that he received from this facility 2 weeks after we were notified of an outbreak. ... read more
We are so happy with the Childcare Network off of Park South. I can't thank the staff enough for the excellent care they have given my son. Every day my son is excited to see his teachers. He has flourished and hit every milestone thanks to Ms. Emoni, Ms. Davis, Ms. Susan and countless others. Thank you for treating us like family. We could not recommend them more.
Today I had an appointment at this place and it turns out that when I arrived no one knew anything about the appointment. The very hateful and ill-mannered ladies. The place is dirty and it smelled like dirty pipes. They were not kind when I made the appointment they told me that there would be an interpreter and none of that they offered me they didn’t explain anything to me and in the courtyard where the children play there was a fallen tree branch on top of the children’s games. Our first year here was a bit of a rocky start, but the positive changes over the past year have been truly remarkable. Since Ms Jay stepped into the role of assistant director, staffing is now where it needs to be, communication has improved, & the overall atmosphere is stable & supportive. Plus she’s tons of fun!
