My daughter started last week and we’ve had a great experience so far. Miss Jay was super helpful in answering all my questions beforehand and providing reassurance and allowing me to view the facilities again before she started in the infant room. CCN is the best daycare in the Charlotte area!! Especially with Jamala (Assistant Director) leadership, you know your child is in very good and safe hands. I look forward to my child continuing to grow here.
The administration has been so helpful. As a new mother I had so many concerns about where to place my child for care, I believe it was the assistant director who would call me back every time I left a message, and there were a lot of them because I was so scared to leave my baby anywhere. The team made sure I finally felt comfortable with a decision, and I couldn’t be happier.
