The service in their place is terrible. I’ve been trying to get help with my case since 2021 no help at all.

The navigating of getting to talk to someone could be made a little less tedious. However, each time I've spoken to someone they have listened and provided me with answers to all of my questions. They have been able to answer or direct me to an answer in each instance. I get that the wait times can be a little long but given the nature of call volumes I understand. Have not gotten to a point where I spoke with someone who could not help me.

These people need to be investigated. My sons dad simply skips court and he is able to avoid making his monthly payments. They don't try at all the debt is almost 25k and nothing is being done. I took off work for court just for it to be canceled because he didn't show. This system needs to be restructured. I wish the news or the federal government would investigate, these children need the money they are owed.
