They would get zero stars if I could. Not only was I on hold or over an hour they are telling me that I have to wait another month or 2 because they are behind to. Get food stamps for my children. Everything was turned in on time and they don't seem to care. They were like nonchalant about it. Saying they are short staffed. Good to know that cumberland county has the best interest of our children so sad!!!!
