We have had an amazing experience in our 10 years. There has been almost no turnover in staffing along continuity of care fantastic. And the staff is fantastic. Also easy online sign in!

Do not use this company. My child needed to get on adhd medication for school and we had to get an evaluation done. I called this place and they checked with my insurance and came back and said everything is covered 100%. All you have to pay is a $40 office fee. So my son went there and we paid the $40. Months later we start getting a bill for $1000. I called them and spoke with the office manager, he looked everything over and assured me it was a mistake and the would get it figured out. My child was referred to this office in late November by Novant pediatrics for an evaluation. He went early December for that evaluation with Shavonda Bean. A week later she contacted me with the results and stated she would be working up a treatment plan for him. She said she would be getting back to be in a week or two to get him set up for treatment. It is now almost February and have yet to hear anything from her or from the office. I called at least 4 or 5 times to please ask that her or someone get back with me to set ... read more
Sophia with occupational therapy has been such a great help with my son. She’s very knowledgeable and thorough with her interventions and given us strategies to use at home as well!
