Completed an initial phone intake with Jessica Deling. Everything sounded great & I was ready to move forward. I was simultaneously working with school when she emailed back. It was only a little u der 2 weeks before I responded back & ever since then it has been crickets. I've sent 2-3 follow up emails, called all the numbers listed in her signature. Nothing. I am glad that I didn't start with this place & it saved me from a bunch of nonsense.
Great experience with the therapists. Front desk hard to get ahold of on the phone.
