Crazy how you are contracted to photograph an elementary school but can't fulfill orders. if your business can't handle the responsibility, don't take the gig. Placed an order for daughters kindergarten pictures, which I never got. Sent an email and got a response the first time stating they would send them out. Never got them so I sent them two follow up emails, both met with out a response. They straight up scammed me out of my money. Horrible customer service and just a sorry business. I purchased my daughters class picture from this company and emailed them about it. They said they will send it over but they never did. I reached out AGAIN and they never replied. I didnt get the picture or a refund. Honestly, i would have preferred they just email me a digital copy or mail in the class photo since what I wanted the most was my daughters memories of elementary.
