Got a call from someone named Kimberly just not and she didn't even listen to me. Kept cutting me off as if she knew what I was going to say. Unprofessional! I work in fast food and we give better service than ehat she provided. I definitely had an issue and the issue being the communication between their workers and us people who need child care. I called because I was not paid & spoke with Veronica in provider payments. Instead of her verifying what I was saying she processed to insist it was me that was not telling the truth. I pointed out that she was speaking to me in a condescending way and then she began to start speaking to me very slowly and exaggerating every word. I asked for a supervisor and of course there wasn't one available. I eventually got a supervisor. Supervisor verified that I was correct and the problem was solved. I was unable to virtually fill out several of the documents required to obtain certification through the CCRC. I came to the office and had a wonderful experience. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Special thank you to Tina, she came right down and walked me through everything and gave me a way to contact her if necessary.
