Every time Its time to renew I get temporarily kick off CCAP. despite sending in the required documents the day after receiving a letter in the mail. I then briefly have to pay the daycare center directly which I cannot afford. Any time I call I get the run around and cannot ever get directly to the caseworker. they said its 30 day turn around well its been almost two months and they still haven't processed my certification.
My case was denied TWICE after speaking to those call center reps (who are useless). I submitted documents and did EVERYTHING as I was told and they still closed my case. Fix the system or the state will be left here to rot. No one wants to live in a useless state.
Our caseworker was more MIA than a deadbeat father. We submitted all the needed paperwork through email AND fax (very costly process btw) and not once did our caseworker respond to say she received it. Even after we called and emailed endlessly. Absolutely no compassion or sympathy for the struggles people go through! Fix the system process and please hire people who actually want to work!!!!
