Just the worst!
They clearly have a reoccurring problem with closing cases even though the proper documentation is given. the workers are extremely inconsiderate and are NO help what so ever. They do not answer the phone after calling repeatedly. it’s actually ridiculous that people have to go through this to get help.
Id give 0 if I could. Can’t talk to anyone who actually deals with your case you have to call repeatedly because the do not reach out. They give false information if you do get them on the phone and then no one can tell you why they lied to you.
Our case was closed because they never received documents, however I uploaded all of the required documents to the online portal. When I checked the status I noticed it was denied so I called for a reason, as I've provided all documentation. I was told that she doesn't know why my case was denied and that the portal is very glitchy and doesn't send over any uploaded documents.
