Patsy is so thorough and kept me updated the entire time! She made the process easy,she communicated well,and made my kiddos comfortable!!

Patsy and her staff are amazing. Very informative with the intake walk through, very prompt with communication, a clean, safe and fun environment. We feel safe with our son doing parental visits here and highly recommend to those in need! Thank you Patsy!!
With the crazy situation I was in, I was scared to go to Child Advocate Services but Patsy made me feel calm, safe, and welcoming. She didn’t take side and made everything fair for both parents. She reassured me that everything with work out with the bonding with my daughter and motivated me every time and I left every visit positive and hopeful. P.S. The only advice I have is don’t be late, not even one minute, be fair to the other parents We learned that the hard way,
