High high priced
Good selection, steep prices. No you don't really strive to be the friendliest. Between cashier Kathryn disparaging another employee while in line waiting and shaming my shopping choices with the customer in front of me, it's hard to imagine friendly let alone professional is in the employee's wheelhouse.
