Went to get checks to draw on my money market, I told agent this was what the checks were for. Surprise, surprise. Checks were drawn off another account and ended up with lots of bounced checks! Avoid this place, they treated me bad when I brought this to their attention. They don’t care.
Closed all my accounts after paying off my loan and the incompetent clerks still allowed ach transfers to continue. This place is such a scam and a joke
Showed up 45 mins before close. Doors locked and nobody would leave their desk to come to the door. I wanted to open an account, but it doesn't seem feasible
Would not recommend this Credit Union. Take time and find a Credible credit Union to do business with. Charges other credit union members fees. I’d go to MSGCU or Advia Credit Union. Heck pretty much any other credit Union. First time I’ve ever came across almost being charged ATM fee from another credit union
Charges credit union atm fee Member at MSUFCU, never have fees at Credit Union ATMs, except here. went to different CU instead
