What a headache. I wanted to check this store out of curiosity. I needed water conditioner for my aquatic turtles tank. I was looking at three bottles that seemed very similar, making the mistake of asking a question on 'what was the difference?'. The store owner proceeded to give me a lengthy, condescending response about how she doesn't enable the selling of turtles, talked down to me about my caretaking, and ended the response angrily throwing her hands up.
