Chico's to the rescue! I got to work fully forgetting today was picture day and was in desperate need of a crispy collared white shirt in a pinch. I called while I was 5 minutes away, and Mia answered the phone. She pulled four maybe even five options for me to have ready and a dressing room when I got there. The first shirt was a complete success, which made my visit even quicker than I had anticipated. Great customer service beautiful garment, and today I got 40% off because of lucky timing. Very happy customer.
A great selection, especially for the plus sizes. It is a classier shop, and so expect the prices to be a bit higher except when they have published sales going on. You can check on your cell phone or online for that. We always seem to buy something when we go there.
My wife found a very nice ling sweater today on sale. She is so happy with and can't wait to wear it out.
I’m only giving two stars since I did find a pair of pants I liked but as far as customer service it’s lacking. I don’t know what impression they had of me going in but I am smartly dressed and have a pleasant demeanor. Nobody greeted me, I was ignored on the floor but was followed around like I was going to steal something. I have plenty and have no need to do that.
