I drive from Cherry Valley to shop at this Chico's store the selection is excellent at this store and the clerks are always very helpful and nice. I really like Chico's store and this one is exceptional.

Tried to make a return here after processing the return online without incident earlier in the day. After driving many miles to another city to complete the return in store was told by their manager that I couldn’t. I asked why did it let me start it online and she had no answer. When I asked if I could speak to someone, this teenage looking young lady said she was the manager and wouldn't be returning the items not even for store credit! I used to buy alot from this retailer but no more. Sad how downhill it's become.
This location is the most friendly, helpful and accommodating Chico's I've ever visited. They were very generous assisting me curbside during the pandemic. It's my go-to store.
