This is without a doubt the WORST Chico’s I’ve ever visited as far as customer service is concerned. I will shop online before I shop in a store where it’s obvious my business isn’t appreciated.
No more. The staff here is consistently rude and condescending to customers. Take the drive to Indy. You'll be much happier.
I love Chicos clothing, but I stopped by the other day and an older lady employee was very rude, she asked if I needed any help and I asked her to give me a minute, and she started repeating what I told her and making an ugly face, you all need to be careful with her, too bad I didn't get her name, I left without purchasing a thing, just because of her.
