Today I was in the store located at 22702 US Hwy 281 N. Ste 101. I asked to use the restroom and was told no. I was told that Corporate said they do not have public restrooms. I have shopped at this location so many times and have never been denied the use of the restroom. I have spent several thousand dollars over the last couple of years at Chico's and I am a very good customer. They have now lost my business.
My favorite store !!
I absolutely hate when I walk into a store and the workers don't think I'm worth waiting on, much less being greeted. I came in to replace a favorite shirt, was addressed once the entire time I was in the shop, then directed to the sale section. Do better.
I bought a pair of the perfect stretch shorts in May. I recently noticed that the elasticity on the buttocks had worn. I brought them back to the store to get an exchange or something toward another pair of shorts. The manager told me they can’t do exchanges or anything because they have been worn. In fact, she mentioned it has happened to her. I mentioned clearly there is a defect with the material and fabric used to make these shorts.
