My favorite store !!
I absolutely hate when I walk into a store and the workers don't think I'm worth waiting on, much less being greeted. I came in to replace a favorite shirt, was addressed once the entire time I was in the shop, then directed to the sale section. Do better.
I bought a pair of the perfect stretch shorts in May. I recently noticed that the elasticity on the buttocks had worn. I brought them back to the store to get an exchange or something toward another pair of shorts. The manager told me they can’t do exchanges or anything because they have been worn. I went there yesterday I took my friend there she bought a lot I asked the sales person a few questions about what was on sales She was rude and could care less I have been there a few times and it is the worst customer service every time I go to talbot and loft best service they Your sales act like they are doing you a favor
