Great service and Fabulous clothes – Love their service and selection of styles that they offer. They are better than most woman's clothing stores, and the staff really has knowledge as to what is in style and what will look great on you.

Not this Chico's! – I love Chico's, but will be driving north from now on. Over the last year, the service at this location has continued to decline. No one knows the stock; the women who work there seem only to want their employee discount. I've had to wait for help because one or more people on the floor are trying on clothes. If I want to be treated rudely, I can find somewhere cheaper.

Poor Customer Service – Both store personnel and customer service were useless in processing a return. District Manager, Judy Duncan (1.239.298.1817), is unresponsive. We've shopped here and @ Chico's for years - all good. This experience has left a very bad taste in our mouths and we will not return.

Hello? – The past two times I have been to this Chico's, I have not purchased anything. Why? The clothes are great, good prices, super cute stuff. But, the staff does not acknowledge their customers. Both times I've been, no one has greeted me and unless I go up to them and ask for a dressing room I won't get any customer service. I could walk out of the store without any interaction between me and the associates. Also, the days I have gone into the store were weekdays when it was pretty slow, not on a busy weekend. Bad experience – This was a horrible experience and waste of money. The clothes look great in the store, but don't go by the cleaning instructions on the tags. If you don't want to have all of it dry cleaned, don't buy it! Colors faded; pants shrank....and instructions were followed to the letter and then some. The store clerks are sticky sweet when you're there to shop and spend, but try returning something and they become ice queens. HORRIBLE Customer Service – Apparently customer service is not their first priority. I was told by an employee everything was an additional 20% off that day. I picked out my items and went to the counter. Another employee was behind the counter. She rung me up and before my transaction was done she received a personal phone call. While still on the phone she told me to run my card. I let her know I had a question and would wait until she was done with her personal phone call.
