I was in Chico's in college station the other day and I was just looking around, this was my first time in the store and they do have some nice clothing but the customer service could be better, specifically this older lady that helped me, I think her name is Linda. She came off as rude, pushy, and acted as if I was bothering her when I was asking about some prices on 'clothing. Ladies that work the checkout counter are very rude. No wonder the place is empty.

The ABSOLUTE WORST “customer service “ that I have ever experienced! I have been a Chicos junkie for over 31 years I have always received wonderful service and needless to say , wonderful items BUT I have never, experienced such a horrendous shopping experience!…. any where!!!! Associates (including 1 manager) were totally disinterested in assisting me, totally clueless as to what they had right there in the store and in one word, AWFUL!
