Ugly, unfriendly and very jealous personal with a fake smiles. Every time me and my mom visited this store we always came out upset. Once they sold one piece of outfits, I picked and stored at check out desk, to a different person. Another time they lyes that I have no reward points to use, but different locations store found a couple. They want not accept return on items with label taken off but the other store did. Chico’s is great. I am writing this because Chico’s is not mapped correctly on Google Maps. It is shown on the back side of Maggianos restaurant which is no correct. It is actually on the main shopping street. If you are at the wrong location, head to the left from the restaurant & it will be on your right. Currently next to Lucky brand store
I don’t know what’s happened to this Chico’s in the Town Center here in Jax . I went to it this past Saturday and it looks like it’s turned into a cheap outlet store. I’ve never been to a Chico’s that has this many clothes all crammed together and the clothes did not look like Chico’s quality that I know. I was in the store for maybe 5 minutes and walked out.
