Ms Im a Chico's customer for many years and can't wait to I go to the store and shop. The quality is outstanding, the selection great and since I started shopping there I don't go to any other store. I enjoy the catalog coming to the house. I also like the vibrant colors and the setups in the stores. I shop in Great Neck, NY and in Bayside, NY and the sales lady's are always very helpful. Thanks chico's.

ordering online Ordered one item on line. They said it did not work and I would have to do it all over. So I picked up the phone and ordered it. Now checking email I have two orders for the same item. Called customer service to canx one of the items and was told they could not do it. I would have to take one of the items back to the store? Is this service? Im 72 and this was a gift sent across the country. I hope it fits because she is getting two!

Surprisingly disappointed I am a Chico's shopper from MA. Recently I moved to NYC and searched for the closest Chicos. I was pleased to find it in my neighborhood. Unfortunately, unlike other stores, the sales people at this location are horrible. They seem bored and are unhelpful. It seems as if they feel they are doing you a favor. I've been there many times and their poor attitude is consistent. This is not the Chicos I know.
