I am so excited to be sharing my recent experience at Chicos at town center mall. I normally don’t shop there but someone gave me a gift card so I decided to try it…. what a fantastic experience ! The store is clean, light and bright. The sales people are friendly and helpful but the best part of my experience was interacting with Brenda the manager. The website said open but when we got there they were closed for inventory. When I called another location, they were surprised to hear that (said it's usually done before opening). My mom is disabled, so it was disheartening for her.
Went to return an item. Gr8 store, good service.
