I shop all the Chico’s stores in Boca Delray and Coconut Creek. Even though this Boca store is small it’s very well laid out and Pamela Susan and Anne are pleasant to work with. They welcome me and are helpful as well. I’m a very frequent customer and my closet is practically all Chicos these past two years.
I shop at all Chico’s, however, this store surpasses any service I’ve received from any Chico stores in Delray or Boca Raton. I will only give this store my future business. Pamela in particular went through a lot to get me squared away with some a couple returns I had
When I went to the counter to pay, a woman named Dorota was helping me. I told her that I had a coupon and she asked for my phone number. She told me I was not in the system. I told her that I was in 2 months ago and had the same issue so everything was redone then.She insisted that she couldnt find me And was extremely argumentative. I finally left without purchasing.
