When I went to the counter to pay, a woman named Dorota was helping me. I told her that I had a coupon and she asked for my phone number. She told me I was not in the system. I am so excited to be sharing my recent experience at Chicos at town center mall. I normally don’t shop there but someone gave me a gift card so I decided to try it…. what a fantastic experience ! The store is clean, light and bright. The sales people are friendly and helpful but the best part of my experience was interacting with Brenda the manager. The website said open but when we got there they were closed for inventory. When I called another location, they were surprised to hear that (said it's usually done before opening). My mom is disabled, so it was disheartening for her.
