When did it become the norm not to speak or greet to customer when they walk in the store today, Monday, August 24 I enter the store after my mother. Several associates on the floor working no one made eye contact or spoke. I thought it was a bit odd, but once I reached my mom, she looked upset and said the same thing happened to her, and she was ready to go. As soon as I walked in the store I was met with a very rude worker bc I was a guy looking for a bathroom She was very rude with her words I would rate it a zero stars but I can’t never go to this again All I wanted was to go to the bathroom and I was denied that by this woman because I was a guy

I am a loyal Chico’s customer. I have been shopping at Chic’s for years. Today I went to the Destin Chico’s. I had a very unpleasant experience. We were not acknowledged at all as I am accustomed to at Chico’s. I had to ask for a dressing room, after choosing my items I could not check out. I had a gift card and she had issues using it. Then she asked if I really wanted to use it, well of course I did. I gave her ample time she kept saying something to the order of systems down or something to the effect. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Store was large and such a wonderful selection to choose from. Loved the layout of this chicos store! One of the best chicos stores I have visited!
