Staff Walter very friendly and helpful. Store was large and such a wonderful selection to choose from. Loved the layout of this chicos store! One of the best chicos stores I have visited!

My friend wanted to shop; knew she’d be in the store for a bit. There were three of us. No other customers; about 5:00 pm. Two of us just browsing. The two sales clerks followed us so closely, like we were shoplifters, one friend just sat down. I refused, I was all over that store, picking up items, looking at jewelry; each time a clerk was right after me. I used to enjoy shopping here when their red headed store manager was here. She was amazing and made me look amazing! I keep trying to like coming here now, but I am going to find a different brand. Zero expertise, zero spunk, zero inspiration here.

Walked in there on Wednesday afternoon to purchase some items. There were at least 3 or 4 sales people present in the store. Not one of them spoke to me let alone even looked at me to acknowledge my presence in the store. No one greeted me, asked if I needed assistance - nothing! I had an armful of clothes to try on, stood by the fitting rooms for awhile then finally let myself into a room. I was so annoyed I finally left without purchasing the items I wanted.
