I called this store in Orland, Illinois and the people were rude and inconsiderate. I was on hold for a total of 45 min with no one helping me on a Monday? At least say ‘I’m so sorry we are too busy, could you call back later’ … I called twice with the same result. Not a good reflection on this particular Chicos. Respect your customers.
My favorite place to shop. I like classy clothes and statements accessories. The clothes are timeless. I always get compliments.

Each Chico’s store carries a different selection of clothing, depending on their clientele! This Orland store has more variety plus I got great service! I told the manager that this was the best service I ever got from any Chico’s store! The service alone gets a 5 star rating!
