I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received during my recent visit to your Chico's store located in Deer Park, IL. On Saturday, February 10th, at approximately 5:00 PM, I entered the store and began browsing. Despite being a regular shopper at the South Barrington, IL location, I was met with a significantly different level of service at your Deer Park store. This store is WAY toodark!I walked in excited to check out the new Fall 2023 collection and immediately got depressed because it is so dark! I did. Not even want to stay in the store to shop. Left about 60 seconds after walking in.
Good store service. My Mother is elderly and the girls are always patient and helpful.
