Needs some work on customer service
Let me just start by saying I REALLY hate shopping for clothes. I generally feel like nothing fits right or looks like I want it to. When I stopped in here looking for shirts I almost walked back out thinking it probably was all to small and too expensive. The the manager, Debbie, stopped me and asked what I was looking for. I shopped the Chicos in the Kenwood Mall last Thursday and was assisted by two lovely associates, Gloria and Lora. They helped me find the perfect jacket as a Christmas present for my mother. I have been shopping Chico’s for three years for my mother who is unable to get out of the house because of health issues. Lora and Gloria have helped me pick out wonderful outs for years.
