My daughter and I went shopping Saturday at Chico's. We entered the store and looked all around. My daughter found some things that she wanted to try on. We took them to the dressing room and started trying them on. We had been in the store at least 20 minutes and there was no one that spoke to us or asked us anything. They did not ask if they could help or if we were having any luck in the dressing room. No sales help around to help you! Was in store for at least 1/2 hour was never asked if I needed help, even though I had several items on my arm...awful customer service...will shop elsewhere in Biltmore Village Asheville. After all there is J. Jill and Coldwater Creek within 1 block!
