No sales help around to help you! Was in store for at least 1/2 hour was never asked if I needed help, even though I had several items on my arm...awful customer service...will shop elsewhere in Biltmore Village Asheville. After all there is J. Jill and Coldwater Creek within 1 block!
I am a 57 year old retired black woman who walks with the aid of crutches & braces. I recently lost weight and had always like their style of clothes for the mature woman. I decided to go in and shop for an outfit. I had no purse nor loose clothing on so I was stunned when the manger was profiling Me. At first I didn't notice but my niece did. I have, once again, been made to feel invisible in the local store. I am not sure what I may be doing wrong but this happens more often than not when I visit the Barracks Road Store. It is quite a disappointment since I like to shop there for the clothes. I even helped myself to a dressing room today as no one seemed to want to help me. Therefore, I left without purchasing anything and it will be very difficult to return to the store for the same poor customer service that I received today and on previous visits.
A bright and open store with sale items always available. They do not always have the items shown in the catalog but are very willing to order them for you.
Problem shopping there. Pushy obnoxious store manager who shoves things down your throat.. Anything to sell this clothing. They don't care if you look nice in an outfit or you look ridiculous. Just sell sell sell
Chico's isn't actually in the Green Hills Mall, but rather in one of their out parcels. The sizing at Chico's is non-traditional, so that takes a little getting used to. It's a great line of clothing however.
Have been here a few times to buy gifts. They have a big selection of women's clothes from casual to dressy.
Excellent customer service this morning. I love the variety of selections available to choose from.
Affordable clothes and a great variety of sizes and styles. Friendly staff, but sometimes they are a little too assertive, when I want to ship without their help.
