The Chicos at Short Pump use to be my favorite store. NOT Anymore. They seem to great their customers differently. I can't put my finger on it. But they are not friendly anymore or should I say friendly to others. Use to be bubbly and friendly. I will be shopping at River Road.
I recently visited the Short Pump Chico's store on June 6, 2024 with two friends and was greeted warmly by two wonderful ladies, Pat and Shirelle. This experience stood out as exemplary, especially in comparison to a previous visit at the Chico’s in Naples, Florida. Shirelle immediately assisted me with a return.
