Worst service ever. My first time at the store. Was not greeted by the manger or employee. But watched the manager greet others the second they walked in the store. Ordered a shirt after telling them if they send by USPS I can't receive mail at my home. They assured me they only use FEDEX. So great. They sent it by postal service instead. So it was returned and now im waiting for help. WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN. UGLY CLOTHES, UGLY SERVICE.

The customer service here is exceptional! My sister-in-law shopped there recently, and frankly, she is very choosy about her clothes, but that didn't faze the ladies. They went out of their way to find things she might like. The clothing seemed good. Will go check it out myself sometime. Thank you, Kent Station Chico's!!
Wonderful customer service! Clothes are very well made and last a long time. New styles arrive every few weeks and previous styles go on sale so watch on-line and you can get some terrific bargains.
Walked into the store It was empty except for two sales clerks. They didn't acknowledge I was even in the store. They were too busy talking about not used to taking a lunch!!! At least when I go to the outlet, I am greeted!!!!
