I shopped at Chico's in the Northshore Mall today and was assisted by Mrs. Connie. She was so wonderful and helpful! I have a pear shape body, and often struggle finding bottoms that suit me. Connie went through the trouble of explaining Chico's unique sizing and recommend a pair of pants that fit me extremely well, so I got them! If you go to this location and want someone that has a good eye for what your measurements in Chico's size should be, ask for Connie!
Terrible store manager and customer service! Make the trip to Burlington and skip this store!

Extremely rude staff and no response from management when I requested a callback. I used to go to the Chicos in North Andover and I wish it was still there as this place is terrible in comparison
EVERYONE is always so helpful at Chico's, Northshore Mall - thank you! I am not one to take time to try things on and some time I hit it, keep everything and other times I return all or some. The Team at the Northshore Mall is always very kind, always wanting to help and always go out of their way to get you what you need. Today was no exception.
