I went into Chico's in LaCentera today for the 1st and last time. I was in the store for 15 - 20 minutes and walked all the way around the store twice. During that time not one staff member bothered to say good morning or ask if I needed help or to even acknowledge my presence in the store. Maybe if I had been dressed like a Chico's ad I would have been noticed as those seemed to be the only customers being "waited on". Hours of operations are:Mon-Sat 10:00am to 7:00pmSun 11:00am to 6:00pm1st Friday of every month we close at 8:00pm ( only during El Paseo Car Show)Green Friday (aka Black Friday) will. Be open from 9:00am to 7:00pm

I recently had a item sent to me from my closest store in Normal, IL; the shipping method they've chosen is a disaster! Shipping was accomplished through FedEx Smartpost. Which service may be cost effective for Chicos, however we live close enough that Normal is one day's mail; and the routing for Smartpost is Morton, IL; Independence KY; Indianapolis, IN to my address. Each Christmas holiday spouse and I vacation in Sedona. Not a holiday goes by that I need a Chico "fix," especially I take advantage of the after holiday sale. It is the best. Such a savings on both clothes and jewelry! The staff is very helpful and courteous.

I used to love Chicos; however I am finding the quality dropping. The gals in the store are oh so happy to help you when you are buying but don't necessarily want to help when you have a return. Bottom line, the clothes are on the expensive side and the quality is no longer there.

The Sales associates are knowledgeable, honest, and helpful and strive to make everyone feel welcome. I went into the store needing something nice in a hurry. Maria took me by the hand and said 'let do it'. She tried different styles and colors on my, put a style together from top to bottom, and all in flash time. Thank you Maria.
