I’ve been in this Chicos at Clay Terrace atleast three times since May 5th. I’m never greeted.Today everyone was preoccupied putting out new merchandise. A gentleman was finally greeted. No one offered to help him. He walked out. I walked out too. Hamilton Towne Center is farther away from home but they are amazing! Helpful! Great displays! I can’t ever get out of there without spending $$ I’m really sorry but someone needs to know. My husband and I have owned four retail stores.
The stylists were very helpful finding my size (2.5-3) since I had nit shipped this brand before. I was looking for some items to refresh my travelwear for a trip to Europe June/July (H O T !) Also, the river cruise is more active than fancy. I found some items in the active wear section that will work quite well. I'm not sure I have ever encountered a more unhelpful employee. Very disappointed in the service I received today. They didn't want to assist me at all.
