Went Friday at 6:35 to go get my pick up order and they were closed they close at 7 per website and hours on the door very aggravating as I will have to go back to pick the order up.
A sales clerk named Beth at the Hamilton Town Center Chico’s was extremely rude today ! I have shopped at Chicos for years and have never been treated as I was today. I was trying to return 2 items I had received as a birthday gift with all the tags on and she refused to do a merchandise credit … so, I had to drive another half hour ( I come from Muncie ) to go to the Clay Terrace store and they were friendly and promptly did the return as a merchandise credit ! This Chicos is the best!!!! Thank you Patricia and Shelley for taking such great care of my mom....She felt like a queen!!
The manager of this store is rude, confrontational and insulting! The atmosphere in the store is tense and oppressive when she is present. Can’t believe that upper management at Chico’s corporate office would allow a person of her caliber to be the face of store management. Very disappointing - will never shop in that store again.
