Went Friday at 6:35 to go get my pick up order and they were closed they close at 7 per website and hours on the door very aggravating as I will have to go back to pick the order up.
A sales clerk named Beth at the Hamilton Town Center Chico’s was extremely rude today ! I have shopped at Chicos for years and have never been treated as I was today. I was trying to return 2 items I had received as a birthday gift with all the tags on and she refused to do a merchandise credit … so, I had to drive another half hour ( I come from Muncie ) to go to the Clay Terrace store and they were friendly and promptly did the return as a merchandise credit !
