If I could give a higher review of this Chico's location, I would. Pat and her Team are amazing, friendly, helpful, honest on what looks good on me and what does not. The shop has plenty of inventory, and if not available, a chance to order the product/products. It is a large clean store with great fitting rooms. I will ONLY go to this Chico's location because of how the other one in Keystone Mall and Clay Terrace recently treated me with poor customer service. The manager Patricia is extremely rude! We watched her belittle an employee in front of customers. Not only does she treat her employees so rudely the disrespect she shows to customers is unacceptable. I don’t think a manager who uses such hash language should be working in customer service or employed by chicos at all we will not be returning and will take our business elsewhere. Do not go to the Hamilton town center store!
