I hope they dont work on commission. Because the service is sub par. Maybe it was because it was close to closing but i dont need to try in clothes, i know what i can wear and usually just buy it and go. I had quite a few items and normally someone would ask if you want them to take them and start a dressing room. I didnt need a dressing room but it would have been nice if the sales person would have at least asked put them at the counter for when I was ready to check out. I have been shopping at this location for years and buy most of my clothes there. Everyone has always been so friendly and helpful, knew who we were and always were enjoyable to talk to. I went in there today (5/24) with my husband after not having gone for a while. I was in the store for 45 minutes shopping and trying on clothes. There were three unfamiliar associates working and not one of them spoke to me the entire time I was there. I have always loved buying Chico clothes the service is excellent. Today Bella gave me so much help and honest critiques. I get great deals with coupons and Bella helped me save an additional 20% by using a text coupon. She was fabulous. As always I’m a very happy customer.
