Went in to look for my favorite Chico summer staple jean ( cropped wide leg). Unfortunately upon entry the sales greeter intentionally ignored us. Which is not uncommon these days nor for people of color. Luckily Mrs.Sandra was kind enough to assist. She is the reason for the four stars. She went above and beyond to assist and saw the disappointment on myself and my husband’s face. Mrs. Sandra I thank you for your kindness that does not go unknown in times where kindness is lacked. Stay blessed.

Love this store! I was in there yesterday and Joyce, who works there went above and beyond in helping me with my clothing selections. Great customer service, very pleasant and delightful person to talk to. Denise,who rang up my order was awesome too! Great personality, and super helpful. Will definitely revisit this store.
Too much stuff, dark, and unprofessional.
Denise and Cara helped me so much today! Denise knows my mother has Alzheimer’s and couldn’t be more helpful. Our time is limited when shopping and got us all set up being in and out in minutes with several outfits. Thank you so so much!!!
