Salesperson was very helpful extremely friendly and was quick to locate what we were looking for
Chicos has the most fabulous designs put into great fabrics to create wonderful looks for ladies. The store personnel and managers are always very friendly, helpful and go beyond to find merchandise, if they don't have your size in the store. Returns are never a problem, they are taken back without any problems (which is good for me because I am constantly changing my mind - thank you!). I love working with Kim. Thank you, everyone in the store, I appreciate all that you do!
Poor Customer Service – Both store personnel and customer service were useless in processing a return. District Manager, Judy Duncan (1.239.298.1817), is unresponsive. We've shopped here and @ Chico's for years - all good. This experience has left a very bad taste in our mouths and we will not return.
