The sales folks were extremely unfriendly and couldn't be bothered to even offer a smile. The cashier never spoke, instead rang me up while bee-bopping to the music playing in the background. Not even a thank you for shopping. I say "retrain the lot
I came into Chico's just looking to browse and perhaps find a dress for an upcoming party that I am hosting. Well, let me tell you, not only is the selection of clothes amazing; the sales associates are simply wonderful! Tiffany helped me with size selections, not to mention her eye for style. I found a beautiful dress along with new capris and a cute top to match. Thank you so much Tiffany! The store is great, but the people who work there make it a worthwhile experience.

On our way to a Boutique we spotted Chico’s Off the Rack and its one of my spouse’s favorite stores so we quickly stooped in the outlets and she popped in and bought a top at a reasonable price. Then off we went back on our drive.
