Overall I've had a good experiences until today. Purchased item online and the denim fabric stretched way out of shape Just wanted to exchange. Because I do all purchases online I don't use receipts. So, I had taken tag off not realizing it couldn't be exchanged but now I know. The issue is the associate that shared this was very dismissive and did not take the time to make eye contact.
